Absolutely! If you are experiencing any issues when publishing, contact our support team via info@theroyalwriters.com and they will help manage your revisions. It’s always better to provide a FULL screenshot of the issue rather than the quoted text.
Please be sure to confirm your trim size, page count, paper color, and interior type.
Each cover design includes up to 2 changes to be made before the final design is delivered to you or within 10 days. Any further revisions may incur additional costs.
In order to get the most out of your cover design, we recommend providing your designer with an overview of the manuscript and at least three links to other covers that you like. Our designers will use the provided links as inspiration for a unique cover. If you are uncertain of your specifications, they can choose and move forward with the most popular ones with your permission!
You have access to the Chat feature, where you can collaborate with your designer on the desired outcome of your cover, as well as the Design Preview tab within the order! Once a preview has been sent, you will be able to choose between ‘Approve’ or ‘No, needs changes.’
If you require changes, you can directly request them by using the Chat tab. Our talented designers love feedback! A new preview will be available for review soon.
If you approve, the status will change and we will finalize your files, which will be available to download shortly thereafter.
Yes! Place an order for the text to be translated and let our support team know that you would like to replace the text on the original cover we designed for you with the translated text. We will provide you with a quote for the updates on the cover design.
